Sean Dylan Ison

Sean Ison Mr. Sean D. Ison passed away unexpectedly at his Saukville home on April 13, 2013. He was 45 years old. Sean was born March 11, 1968, the son of William Ison and Maurene Britton. From young on, Sean was passionate about writing, especially as a rock and punk music critic. At the age of 15, he wrote an article that was published in the rock music magazine of the time, CREEM magazine. After graduating from Port Washington High School in 1986, he studied English at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and later earned a certificate from Northwestern in pedorthy. Sean was a caring and kind person who enjoyed helping people as a pedorthist, and also as a caregiver in a halfway house. Sean was a spiritual person, and practiced Kabbalah. He loved The Rolling Stones, and was especially fascinated by Keith Richards. and Cheshire. He is preceded in death by his mother Maurene. A Celebration of Sean's life will be held at 1PM on Saturday, May 4 at Eernisse Funeral Home, 1600 W. Grand Ave. in Port Washington. Rev. Linda Westphal-Buth will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday from 12 noon-1PM. The Eernisse Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
