Funeral services for Rick D. Cady, 57, of Davenport, formerly of Tipton who died Saturday, June 8, 2013, will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 11:00 am, at Edwards Congregational Church in Davenport. Rev. Katherine Mulhern and Rev. David Lorenzen will be officiating. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, from 4-7 pm, at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, and from 10:30 - 11:00 am, Thursday morning, at the church. He was the son of Arlyn Stanley and Frances Lucille Carlson Cady. He was a 1974 graduate of Tampico High School. Rick was united in marriage to Shelley Dawn Deerberg in Prophetstown, Illinois, on September 26, 1987; they later divorced. He was owner operator of Cady, Incorporated. Rick was a member of the Tipton Golf & Country Club, Tipton Fire Department and the Loyal Order of the Moose.
