Kermit J. Quammen

Kermit J. Quammen, age 86 of Forest Lake passed away August 20, 2013. Preceded in death by wife, Pearl; son, Terry; grandson, Matthew, and eight brothers and sisters. Kermit will be deeply missed by his children, Judy (Steve) Lucking, Vicki (Paul) Rubin, Linda (Jeff) Juelich, Tom (Keri) Quammen, Karyl (Bill) Johnson, Kathy Beaver; 17 grandchildren; 15 1/2 great grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Erickson and Olga Zang; brother Leon (Doreen) Quammen; many nieces and nephews and many, many friends. Proud WWII Veteran, member of the American Legion Post #225, and the Columbus Lions. Funeral Service 11:30 AM, Saturday, August 24th at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake; with a visitation beginning at 9:30 AM until the time of the service. Interment with military honors will be held at the Scandinavian Cemetery. [more]
