Sawczuk, Michael David, 53, of Oakland Park, FL formerly of Montreal, Quebec, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Holy Cross Hospital. Mike was a loving husband and father who was loved back by so many people who came into his life. Survived by his wife Rita J. Weber; daughter Tatiana S. Williams of Poplar Bluff, MO; three grandchildren David, Lorelei and Tiana Williams; mother-in-law Joy R. Weber of Oakland Park; brother-in-law Joseph Weber and his wife Janice Faurot of Miami Beach. He is preceded in death by his parents Myroslaw and Margaret (Rolfe) Sawczuk. Mike was smart, witty and a good generous sweet soul and is how he will be remembered by so many texts, messages and postings. He was passionate for sports, especially F1 racing, the Dallas Cowboys, the Montreal Canadiens and the Liverpool Football team. He has always been proud of his Canadian roots and he adopted America when he became a citizen in 2005. Family will be holding a Celebration of Life at a later date.
