Michael H. Rugg

Michael H. Rugg, age 68, of Green Bay, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013. He was born on March 10, 1945 in Lakewood, Wisconsin to the late Leslie and Kathleen Lowery Rugg. Michael graduated from Wabeno High School in 1963 and continued his education at Stevens Point University where he earned his degree as a chemical engineer. Michael was employed at Badger Ordnance Powder Plant. Michael later spent many years as a dispatcher for Bay City Taxi Service. Michael enjoyed following all sports and especially the Green Bay Packers. He also was an avid golfer. Michael is survived by his brother, Leslie Rugg, Jr.; his three sisters, Laura Bethke, Donna (Joe) Farrell and Jenny (Ronald) Henkel. He is survived also by many nieces and nephews.
