Donald 'Don' William Clark

Don Clark COLUMBUC JUNCTION, Iowa -- Donald William Clark, 90, of Columbus Junction, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Colonial Manor Care Center. Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 2013, at the Columbus Junction United Methodist Church. Burial will take place in Columbus City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2013, at the Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Don was born on August 21, 1923, the second child of Lloyd and Viola Callen Clark in Monroe County, Iowa. He attended school at Cotter, Iowa and graduated from Moravia High School in 1941. He later married Virginia Arlene Frame on September 2, 1942 in Unionville, Missouri. He retired from Columbus Schools in 1988. He was a member of the Columbus Junction United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Beth Ann in 1977; a great-granddaughter, Jaycee; his sister, Dorothy McConahay; and his brother, Dwight Clark.
