Anna Casino

CASINO, ANNA FRANCIS, 86, of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3, 2014 surrounded by her family. Anna was born August 25, 1927 in Newark, New Jersey, however she called south Florida home for more than fifty years. She is preceded in death by all of her siblings, her father, L. Ferraro, mother Rose Loconte (Ferraro) Felice and her step-father Frank Felice. Anna is survived by her husband Nicholas Casino, two sons, John Casino and wife Deborah and Gary Casino. Four grandchildren, Elizabeth Casino-Day and husband Charles, Joseph Casino, Rose Casino-Fries and husband Ernest, John M. Casino and wife Martha. Anna also had four great-grandchildren, two great-grandsons, Robert and Joshua Casino, and two great-granddaughters, Gwynevere and Avienda Fries. While it is with great sadness that we, her family, say goodbye to the warm, wonderful and caring person that Anna was, we also celebrate her life. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 5PM-9PM at Fred Hunter Funeral Home located at 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood,FL. Other than Visitation, all other arrangements are private.
