Kathy Eldridge

Kathy Eldridge, of Antigo, died Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was 59 years old. She was born on September 5, 1954 in Milwaukee, a daughter of Janet (Menting) Kamps of Antigo and the late Clarence Kamps. She married Ronald Eldridge September 9, 1982 in Antigo. He survives. At age 15 she moved to Antigo and graduated from Antigo High School with the class of 1972. She attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay where she received an associates degree in child development. For 16 years she was employed at Langlade Hospital in food service. She was a preschool teacher in day care centers in Weyauwega, and most recently Head Start in Antigo. She enjoyed scrapbooking, baking, playing cards and bingo. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren and family. ok, Keith (Jean) Kamps, Antigo; Further survivors include her husbands family: brothers-in-law Michael (Kris) Eldridge, Donny (Joan) Eldridge, David (Barbara) Eldridge, Bille Eldridge, Tommy (Terri) Eldridge, Danny (Tina) Eldridge; sisters-in-law: Anita (Don) Happel, Barbara (Martin) Sherwin, Joni (Art) Patterson, Aimee (Mitch) Savina, and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with her brother-in-law Rev. Daniel Eldridge officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
