Paul B. Gilbert

Paul B. Gilbert Sr., age 80, of Carlisle, Ohio, died Sunday February 16, 2014 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born in Franklin, Ohio on March 29, 1933 to James and Francis (Bishop) Gilbert. Paul served in the Army during Korean War. He had a lengthy career as a machinist and retired with Tegatron Inc in Franklin in 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, James Gilbert, mother, Francis Gilbert, brothers, James Gilbert, Lester Gilbert, Bob Gilbert, sister, Dorothy Womble, and Grandson, Eli Gilbert. Paul is survived by his wife of 60 years Lora Frances Gilbert; son Paul B. Gilbert Jr.; daughter Mary Ellen Gullett; 4 grandsons Seth Gilbert, Derrick Gullett, Jarred Gullett, Brayan Gullett; 2 granddaughters Sydney Gilbert, Breece Gullett; 2 brothers Doug Gilbert, Gary Gilbert. Funeral services are 1pm Thursday February 20, 2014 at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH. Burial will be in New Jersey Presbyterian Church Cemetery with military honors.
