Leanna Y. Nafe, 46 of Fort Dodge passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at her home. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, April 1, 2014 in the Chapel of Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home, with Rev. Gary Snook officiating. A visitation will be from 9:30 AM to the time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home. Leanna is survived by her longtime companion and best friend, Patrick Ford; children, Carlin Nafe; Anna Lee Wilson; and Sarafina Wilson all of Fort Dodge; parents, Earla and Larry Devline of Glendora, CA; brother, Eric Nafe of Gilmore City; sisters, Angie Meriweather of Glendora, CA; and Denise Kruse of Longville, LA. Leanna Yvette Nafe was born October 20, 1967 in Fort Dodge. She attended Fort Dodge Public Schools. Leanna was employed as a cook at various restaurants in Fort Dodge before her health started falling behind. She was a hard worker, loved country music, everything about horses and the beauty of Angels. Leanna always supported and loved her children. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
