Ronald T. Eckhart

Ronald T. Eckhart, age 78 of Springboro, Ohio passed away Friday, June 6, 2014 at Hillsprings Nursing Home in Springboro, Ohio. He was born June 7, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Harry and Gladys (Snyder) Eckhart. Ronald was formerly employed with Lebanon Farm Implements for 25 years and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Franklin, Ohio. He is preceded in death by brother-in-law, Martin "Bud" McCray. Ronald is survived by his daughter, Karla (Valerie) Eckhart; son, Keith (Veronica) Eckhart; two sisters, Gwendolyn Eckhart, Ann McCray; nephew, Jon McCray; two nieces, Jenny (Steve) Appelbaum, Jodie (Jim) Brown and three great-nephews, Josh Moore, Jonathan Brown, Justin Brown. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Anderson Funeral Homes, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, Ohio. Funeral service will follow at 12:15 pm. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Alzheimer's Association.[more]
