Casimer A. "Whitey" Olszewski, 94 of Springhouse Estates, Lower Gwynedd, PA formerly of Dillon Road in Maple Glen, died Friday at Spring House Estates.
Born in Philadelphia, PA., he was the son of the late Alexander S. and Stanislawa (nee Rutkowska) Olszewski. He served in the US Army during World War II.
He was a Electrical Engineer, employed by Strawbridge & Clothier In Jenkintown for 30 years prior to his retirement in 1984.
Mr. Olszewski was a member of St. Alphonsus Church in Maple Glen and The St. Alphonsus Senior's. Senior Adult Upper Dublin Center.
Whitey was preceded in death by his wife Veronica (nee Murzyn) Olszewski who died in 2008 after 67 years of marriage.
He is survived by his devoted daughter Joan (Ted) Puchalski of Mechanicsville, VA, Jean Dardzinski of Ambler, Nancy Mellon (Jim) of Allentown, PA, Jane (Andy) Goldstein of Ambler. Whitey was the loving Grandfather of 12 , Great Grand Father of 15 and brother of Jane Ahern of Southampton, PA
