y founded Pennsylvania X-Ray Corporation, Inc., based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania until the company was sold. He served as CEO of the firm for many years, growing the company from a small office on Glenside Avenue in Glenside, PA to a main office with three branches serving Philadelphia and suburbs, the Harrisburg area, the Northeast Extension and Southern Chester County, New Jersey and Delaware. Bob was a true entrepreneur, able to identify new and important trends in his chosen field. He recognized the value of then-new technologies, such as ultrasound and digital imaging, positioning his companies to take advantage of new opportunities to provide equipment and service to local hospitals, regional medical centers and individual physicians' practices. Bob will be remembered and missed for his sonorous voice, his larger-than-life personality, his open-heartedness and his generosity. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and loyal son and brother. Golf was his sport of choice in later life, and he enjoyed reading, traveling, a good meal and a fine wine, and people.
