Also surviving are twelve great grandchildren, Leah (Dustin) Drebenstedt, Katie and Mikayla Heintz, Alison and Bryce Hummel, Alyssa Harding, Landon Patrick, Emma Mecum, Mackenzie Rife, and Paige, Colton, and Connor Guymon; his first great great grandson due in December; a brother, Wilbur Guymon of Wichita, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Frances on February 20, 2008; grandson K. Charles Harding, great granddaughter Catherine Elizabeth Heintz; brother Ernest Guymon, and four sisters, Helen Hutson, Mary Winsell, Bertha Cooper, and Margaret Buerklin. A Celebration of his life will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at United Presbyterian Church with Pastor Alice Hawes officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in Keokuk National Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00 PM Tuesday at DeJong-Greaves Celebration of Life Center at 917 Blondeau with family meeting friends from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
