Rose Marie Plunkett

Rose Marie Lancellotti Plunkett, age 82, of Whiting passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at home. Mrs. Plunkett was a patient care aide at Kessler Institute, Whiting. Prior to that, she was employed by Walden Books. She was predeceased by her husband, Kenneth in 1992, and her daughter, Karen in 2003. She is survived by her son, Kenneth of Toms River; her grandchildren, Jason, Dina, Michael, Lisa Marie and Sean; great grandson James; her sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Nicholas DeRisi; and her brother and sister-in-law, Joseph & Jo-Anne Lancellotti. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11am to 3pm at the Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A blessing will be offered at the conclusion of the visitation, and a repast will follow. Cremation will be private.
