Robert Alan Reid

Robert Alan Reid, of San Antonio, Texas died October 31, 2014 at his home. He was 50 years old. He was born on August 8, 1964 in Chicago, IL a son of Larry and Bev (Hallam) Reid of Summit Lake. In 1974 he moved to Antigo and was a graduate of Antigo High School class of 1982. Sergeant Reid served on active duty in the United States Army for more than seven years as a military police officer. He deployed in 1990 to Kuwait in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and was awarded the Kuwait Liberation Medal. He later served as a Special Agent in the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command. For the past 30 years he resided in San Antonio, TX and was working as a financial advisor. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be remembered for his laugh, smile and his ability to make others laugh. hew Reid, Stacy Reid; great-nephew, Phostar Reid; step-nephews, Billy, Darryl, Mike and Steve; special friend, Carmen Moreno and her family Humberto, Alberto and Roberto Moreno of San Antonio, TX. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6 at 2 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Jerome Hahn officiating. Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Military honors will be held at the funeral home following the memorial service.
