Thomas "Tommy" Izor

Thomas Eugene Izor, "Tommy", age 54, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at Takoda Trails. He was born March 20, 1960 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of Robert and Charlene (Koettel) Izor. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Izor; favorite uncle, Charles Koettel; as well as his paternal and maternal grandparents. Tommy is survived by his mother, Charlene Izor; two brothers, Timothy L. (Shari) Izor, Steven D. (Laura) Izor; one sister, Linda S. Izor; as well as numerous other family members and friends. The family would like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to the staff of Takoda Trails for their care and compassion throughout Tom's life. Funeral service will be Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 1:30 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:30 am until the time of service.
