(Nee Dunlap) Born on April 30, 1938 and Entered Eternal Life at her home with husband and daughter by her side on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Ruby Dunlap and her sister, Doushka Dunlap Harvey, her brother-in-law Henry Payne, and her sister-in-law Leola Hazel, Rebecca Whitlock, and Euar Lee Stewart. Loving wife and best friend of Jenophus Allen whom she married on November 15, 1956. Generous, giving, passionate and precious mother of Gerald Allen and Kellcha Allen. Cherished sister of Pearl "Dorothy" Boyd of South Carolina, Barbara Jean Litman of Maryland, Herman Bradley (Birdistean) Dunlap, Sr. of Wisconsin, Fannie Kate Dunlap of South Carolina, Archie "Jim" Dunlap, Jr. of Wisconsin, Ruby Payne of Wisconsin, Belle Cunningham of Alaska, Rufus "Marion" Dunlap of Wisconsin, Greta "Cookie" Dunlap of Georgia and Larry Dunlap of Wisconsin. She would never miss an opportunity to socialize with family and friends whether attending concerts, festivals or just visiting. Hazel enjoyed attending church, fine dining, and traveling with her daughter, Kellcha. Hazel embraced life with her joyous attitude and fun loving personality. She always had a smile. Hazel was loved by family and friends. Special thank you to Hazel's niece Terri Lynn Payne for her loving care. Many thanks to our family and friends for their love, support, and prayers.
