David Perkins

David Paul Perkins, age, 35 of Franklin passed away Thursday, February 26, 2015 at home . He was born October 19, 1979 in Middletown, the son of David Perkins and Gail (Gebhart) Shields. David was formerly employed with Kohls in Monroe. He is preceded in death by his father, David L. Perkins. David is survived by his wife, Rhonda Bledsoe; his four daughters, Fiona Rogers, Riley Perkins, Savanna Perkins, and Rachel Perkins; his mother, Gail ( Curtis) "GiGi" Shields, a brother, Joseph (Jennifer) Perkins; and fianc'e, Jessica Thorn. Memorial service will be Thursday 7:00 pm at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 East Second Street, Franklin with Pastor Josh Clifford officiating.
