Evelyn Clark, 93, of Tipton, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in Cedar Manor Nursing Home in Tipton. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 28, at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton with the Rev. Evelyn was born Sept. 2, 1921, in Cedar County, Iowa, and was the daughter of Everett and Frieda Bock Ford. Evelyn was married to Robert Ivan Clark on Dec. 24, 1940, in Tipton. Evelyn was a homemaker and attended functions at the Red Oak Church throughout her life. She was a member of the Farm Bureau, REC, The Cattle Association (Simmental Cattle), was a member of the Piece Makers and enjoyed reading and crocheting.
Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Betty (Charles) Johnson, Mechanicsville, Iowa; and her son, James (Mary) Clark, Tipton; son-in-law, Leroy Jackson, Mechanicsville; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
