Glenda Mae Hayes

Glenda Mae Hayes, 81, of Webster City, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Van Diest Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 10, 2015 at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center with Rev. Michael Slininger officiating. Visitation will be held at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Glenda Mae Donahe, daughter of Glen and Blanche Castor Donahe, was born January 23, 1934 in Fort Dodge. She attended Fort Dodge schools. She married Robert Vern Hayes on May 6, 1951 at the Asbury United Methodist Church. The couple resided in Webster City. Robert preceded her in death on September 16, 2011. Glenda is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Grant (Joan) Hayes of Warner Robins, GA, Gailord (Sook) Hayes of Bothell, WA; Gregory (Diane) Hayes of Wausau, WI, Gordon (Margaret) Hayes of Bonaire, GA; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Paula (Mike) Donahue of Kimberling City, MO; brothers-in-law, Clifford Hayes, LeRoy (Karen) Hayes, Roger (Teresa) Hayes, Russell (Connie) Hayes, Steve (Bev) Hayes, Gene (Janet) Hayes, Ted (Jeri) Hayes; many nieces and nephews.
