Dominic J Bruno

Dominic J. Bruno, Jr. age 65 of Norristown PA, and formerly of Ambler died peacefully at home on June 29, 2015 surrounded by his family. Born in Philadelphia, he is the son of the late Dominic J., Sr. and Rose (nee Fiore) Bruno. Dominic attended Wissahickon High School. He was a member of the Highway Maintenance Crew, employed by Upper Dublin Township for 27 years prior to his retirement in 2004. Mr. Bruno was a Life member of Wissahickon Fire Company and a member of the Mannerchor Club in Norristown. Dominic loved being part of the Wissahickon Fire Company. He was an avid Texas Hold'em card player, loved the casinos, and playing cards with family and friends. He is survived by his beloved wife Janet Hallman of Norristown; his sister Regina Heubach and his niece Michelle Heubach, both of Fort Washington, PA; and his sister-in-laws Geraldine DePietro of Jeffersonville, PA and Frances Hallman Burns of Fairfield, IA. He is the uncle of Tyler and Nicolas Heubach, Valerie and John Becker, Sean, Sam and Luke Becker, Michael DePietro, Suzanne Burns, Kathy Burns Britton and Mirabai Britton.
