Colleen Lynn Berzok, 37, of Fort Lauderdale, FL passed away July 14, 2015. Colleen has been a resident of South Florida for the past 11 years, coming from Buffalo, NY. She is survived by her husband, Eric, her mother, Yvonne Easterby, her sister Shannie Easterby (Michael Mance), her nephews; Michael Schaja and Zachery Schaja, her mother and father in law; Marcia and Stephen Berzok, sister in law, Andrea Schaja, brother in law, Ian Schaja and her beloved dogs; Morgan and Gracie. Colleen was preceded in death by her father John Easterby. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made in honor of Colleen.
