ip back in 1952 in Harrisburg, Illinois so he was already well versed at a very young age in this industry. When the family moved to Florida in 1962 they opened their second dealership, Tom Endicott Buick and Rambler in Delray Beach, FL. They later relocated the dealership to Pompano Beach, Florida opening Endicott Buick, Nissan and Isuzu. John officially joined the expanding family business after college becoming a dealer at the young age of 23 working along with his siblings, and later was the Director of the Automotive and Truck Dealers Association. He was always known for being kind and generous to everyone, especially to his valued team members and treated everyone like family. Commitment to quality, integrity, customer satisfaction and excellence was of utmost importance to him as a principal of the family business. John was also an avid boater and car enthusiast. He loved marine life, deep sea fishing, boat racing and the boating community where he had been a longtime sponsor of the Pompano Beach Fishing Rodeo, an annual tournament raising money in an effort to support saltwater conservation programs and marine education projects. While John enjoyed many years residing in his home state of tropical Florida, he also loved and immensely enjoyed spending as much quality time as he could in Colorado at his mom's Four Winds Ranch. His ranching moments were among some of the best memories he enjoyed and cherished most while working the mountainous land there as well as his many travels abroad. He is survived by his recently-wed second wife, Sandra Gallagher; mother, Bernadine Endicott; brother, Michael Endicott; sister, Cheryl Endicott; and stepbrother, Jason Endicott. He is predeceased by his father Thomas Endicott and stepbrother, Justin Endicott. He was loved and will be greatly missed for his kind, loving, fun and easy going spirit. A visitation for relatives and friends will be held on Tuesday September 29, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Fred Hunter's Lighthouse Point Funeral Home, 4650 N.
