ing and Fort Dodge and Des Moines Southern Railroad. Roy was employed with Gus Glaser for 20 years and worked at Levien Chevrolet. He was the Director of Transportation of Fort Dodge Schools as well as Americold for 13 years upon retirement in 1992. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Fort Dodge. Roy was also a part of Iowa State Engineers Club and was a charter member of Des Moines River Valley Antique Tractors and Gas Engine Club Roy loved the outdoors, whether he was working in the garden or taking care of the yard. He loved to restore antiques, custom made two straw balers, which he then sold at craft sales. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling with Joyce. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
