Mark L. Bolin

Muncie-Mark L. Bolin, 57, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 27, 2015 following a long battle with heart disease. He lived most of his life in Houston, TX where he met his wife of 30 years and they were soulmates and best friends. Mark had worked at Trident Metal Company retiring after 26 years due to his failing health. He received a donor heart in 2004 and never gave up, was hard working, and once you became his friend, you stayed his friend. Mark leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Carol (Osborne) Bolin; son, Matt Bolin; daughter, Melissa (Greg) Barnett; grandsons, Kevin Barnett and Cameron Barnett; granddaughter, Haley Bolin; He had 3 brothers that he loved and looked up to, Joel (Ann) Bolin, Steven (Dana) Bolin, and Kyle (Jen) Bolin; sister that he loved dearly, Lesli (Jim) Merhaut; brother-in-law, Dennis (Carol Anne) Osborne; sister-in-law, Kay (Rod) Wilson, several nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved and was very proud of, as well as special neighbors, that he also loved dearly, Tino, Nikki, and Skye Edwards. Visitation will be Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, IN 47304 from 11:00 a. m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Denny Helton officiating.
