Lawrence 'Larry' Leo Quirk

LAWRENCE QUIRK MUSCATINE, Iowa - Lawrence 'Larry' Leo Quirk, 70, of Muscatine, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at the University of Iowa. A Celebration of Life Gathering will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Flaming Embers, 131 West Second Street. The Ralph J. Larry was born on May 17, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Leo L. and Frances E. Rakoczy Quirk. He was a graduate of Hayes High School in Muscatine, the class 1963. He married Marilyn L. Lewis and they later divorced. He was a self-employed carpenter. Survivors include one son, Timothy Quirk of Denver, Colorado; two grandchildren, Breianne Reynolds and Bryce Edwards; and one great-grandson, Owen.
