Everett, Norma L. January 26, 2007 Norma Lavon Everett 75, Homeplace, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2007. She was born in Indianapolis on June 19, 1931. Norma was a devoted wife, mother and Avon Lady. When her husband Terry passed away in 1977, she took her loving and caring spirit into the world, serving as the Executive Director of the Mental Health Association, later becoming the Executive Director of American Red Cross of Hamilton County. Norma will always be remembered as the founder of the food and clothing pantry and holiday baskets program, serving the poor. She was a long time member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Terry, and dear companion, Sue Satangini. Norma is survived by her children, Angie (Alan) Severs, Terry (Emily), Christopher (Wendy), and Theodore, Mike (Kathleen) Santangini; grandchildren, Jeannine, Erin, Kelly, Rocky (Wendy), Michael (Trish), Layla and Kyle; Great-grandchild, Amanda; and feline companion, Lucky.
