Kelsey, Angela M. Smith, Rachael A. Kelsey, W. Todd Kelsey and W. Nicholas Kelsey and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joe, beloved uncle Michael F. Morrissey, sister Gertrude (Dean) Hunt, and brother Ralph O. Dean. Friends and family will gather on Sunday, November 7 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Luke Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 8, with interment to follow at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
