Donna A. Young

Donna A. Young, age 50, of Maple Glen, PA died Wednesday, May 18, 2016, surrounded by her loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Steubenville, OH, she is the daughter of Dennis and Patty (nee DelFiandra) Dembrak of Pittsburgh, PA. Mrs. Young was a graduate of Penn State University, Class of 1987. Donna was a homemaker and worked in healthcare administration for many years. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Church. Donna enjoyed doing anything athletic, particularly running, walking and exercise classes with friends. She completed the Philadelphia Marathon in 2012 with Steve, and participated in many other races. She loved spending time with her family and friends and shopping at Marshalls and Home Goods. She was an avid reader. In addition to her parents, Donna is survived by her devoted husband Steve F. Young and her loving children Tyler S. Young and Erica R. Young. She is also survived by her brothers Michael J. (Valerie) Dembrak of Peters Twp., PA, Matthew P. (Jennifer) Dembrak of Sanford, FL and Andrew D. 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home,1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler and Saturday 10:30 to 11:45 AM at St. Alphonsus Church, 1565 Temple Drive, Maple Glen, PA. Donna's Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00 noon. Interment will be held in Pittsburgh, PA at a later date.
