Virginia B. Rowe

Virginia B. (Reynolds-Miller) Rowe, 95, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2016 at Signature Health Care of Muncie. She was born September 20, 1920 in Yorktown to Grover and Bessie Reynolds. Virginia had worked for the Muncie Star Press for many years. She was a member of the Gold Star Wives Club and the No Name Euchre Club. Virginia is survived by her son, Gary (Mary) Miller, Muncie; grandchildren, Gary Miller, Jr., Pensacola, FL, Virginia (Jay) Wise, Yorktown, and Richard Miller of Muncie; great-grandchildren, Jayson (Katie Rhinehart) Wise, Muncie and David (Kelcee Delk) Wise, Muncie; great-great grandchild, Oscar Wise and one on the way; several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Wendell D. Miller, and second husband Robert Rowe. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Signature Health of Muncie for their care and compassion. Services will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, IN with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
