Jake enjoyed his flying lessons and was looking forward to joining the Air Guard during his senior year of high school. He really enjoyed spending time with his many friends, playing X Box, watching movies, or just hanging out. Jacob loved visiting everyone, young and old, and he really enjoyed seeing people at his place of employment, Cook's Country Store. Jake's life will always be remembered by his family which includes his parents, Deanna and Chris of Ponca; his sister, Heather Rush and her husband Branden; his brothers, Joshua and his wife Samantha, and Isaac and his special friend Grace Olson. He is also survived by his niece, Briah Bennett and nephew Braxton Rush; his grandfather, Kenneth Hansen; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jacob was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Hansen; and grandmother, Cleone Bennett; grandfather, Robert Bennett; and an uncle, Doug Bennett. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Jacob's name for a fund to be established at a later date.
