Wayne A Henderson

Wayne "Buster" A. Henderson Age 61, died Friday, July 29 at Gunderson Health Systems after a short battle will Pulmonary Fibrosis. Wayne was born August 28, 1954 in Winona to Lyle and Charlotte (McNally) Henderson. He grew up in the Winona Area and was a life-long member of Ridgeway-Witoka Methodist Church. On September 21, 1974 he married the love of his life, Jean Katula. He was an honest, hardworking man that always had time for his family and never met a stranger. His infectious laugh and goofy smile warmed the hearts of everyone he met. He enjoyed deer hunting with his family and always knew how to find "the white gate". He was always willing to help someone in need. He will be missed by many. Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Jean; children Tyrrena (Ryan) Ostrander, Cutter (Jessica) Henderson; grandchildren, Vincent, Tanner, Kinze , Cora; siblings, Arlen (Vicki) Henderson, Arlene (Joe) Lynch, Judy (Maurice) Ploetz, Patty Davis, Kevin (Kris) Henderson; siblings in-law, Shari Katula, Anthony III (Sue) Katula, Ray (Lisa) Katula, Richard Katula, Daniel Katula. Wednesday at the Hoff Celebration of Life Center with visitation following until 1PM. Interment at Pickwick Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As per the families request please dress in casual attire with Buster's signature look, socks with sandals.
