Jeffrey A. Landes

Jeffrey A. Landes, 59, of Toms River, NJ passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016 surrounded by his loving family and dear friends at home after a courageous six year battle with liposarcoma. Jeff was born in Brooklyn, NY, and resided in Kingston, NY before moving to Toms River in 2002 By trade, Jeff was a business owner, carpenter, project manager and contractor. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, NY Yankees and his favorite comedian, Jeff Dunham. He loved spending his free time with his family, bowling and especially out fishing on his boat, "It's About Time". Jeff was a devoted son, husband, father and friend. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn, and his four daughters, Robin Durando, Sarah, Victoria, and Rachael, son in law, William Durando, his mother and father in-law, Ann and Arthur Batson, and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Barbara and Gilbert Landes. Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services located at 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
