Carol J. Herbst

Age 81 formerly of Saint Paul. Loving mom, grandma, and great-grandma, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 1, 2016. She was a retired employee of St. Paul Post Office. Preceded in death by her siblings, Marilyn Rasmussen, Joseph, and Raymond. Survived by her children, Janet Rolfer, Daniel (Debbie) Dakota, Cheryl (Jamie) Hart, and Kathy Rolfer; grandchildren, Jessica (Jim) Khambata, Shane Hart, Cheyenne Rolfer, and Marissa Hart; great-grandchildren, Aurora and Dominic Khambata; and many other family and friends. A Celebration of Carol's Life 11 AM Saturday August 6th at Roberts Family Life Celebration Home, 555 SW Centennial Dr., Forest Lake, with visitation beginning at 10 AM until time of service.
