GERTRUDE BUSCH MUSCATINE, Iowa - Gertrude L. Busch, 84, of Muscatine, passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2016, at Premier Estates. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2016, at St. Mathias Church. The Reverend Troy Richmond will officiate. Casket bearers will be her grandchildren. Burial will take place in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 until 5 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, 2016, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Memorials may be to Ss. Busch on September 22, 1951, in Muscatine. He preceded her in death on April 10, 2000. She attended Grandview Community School for 11 years and graduated from St. Mathias High School, Class of 1949.
