Dennis James Spoonemore

Dennis James Spoonemore, 60, Beaver Creek, Ohio and formerly of Muncie, passed away Saturday, August 20, 2016 at his son's home in Dayton, Ohio. He was born October 12, 1955 in Muncie, the son of Alfred and Bonnie (Murphy) Spoonemore. Dennis enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting skeet and riding his Harley. The love of his life was spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Mr. Spoonemore was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Survivors include his daughter, Carrieann Denise Johnson (husband Will); his son, James Roscoe Spoonemore (wife Mary); two brothers, David Spoonemore (wife Lorri) and Michael Spoonemore (wife Karen); two sisters, Cheryl Fisher and Debbie Brown; grandchildren, Jacob Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Kenneth Harrison, Anthony Spoonemore and Jeremiah Spoonemore; and special longtime friends, John and Karen Gregory. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Spoonemore and Bonnie Bartels and many aunts and uncles. Services will be held 12:00 p.m., Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W.
