retirement. In earlier years Ronald had been a member of the Andrew and Baldwin Saddle Clubs where he called the square dances. He currently was attending East Iron Hill Community Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, horses, gardening and the outdoors. He especially enjoyed watching western movies and spending time with his family and grandchildren. Those left to honor Ronald's memory include his wife Cheryl Heinrich of Maquoketa, IA; children David (Tracy) Heinrich of Delmar, IA, Janet (Wess) Gilbert of Shenandoah, IA, Lori (Jeff) Armstrong of Coin, IA, and Steven (Megan) Heinrich of Maquoketa, IA; 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; and brothers Gaylon Paul (Debbie) Heinrich of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Dwayne Allen (Becky) Heinrich of Maquoketa, IA. He was preceded in death by his infant sister Barbara Ellen in 1943, his father Donald in 1976, his maternal grandmother Lydia Miller Burgett in 1991, his mother Maxine in 2013, and a grandson Levi Gilbert in 2013.
