n inside and out. She had a kind and loving soul who loved Jesus with all of her heart. She did not understand racism, sexism, or homophobia. She accepted people where they were for who they were. Her theology, even though she would not have called it that, was very simplistic. Love God, love people. Her favorite book in the word was James. She was the perfect wife and best mom. She loved reading, painting, getting tattooed, listening to records, the ocean, hanging out and dogs. Her favorite authors and poets were Charles Bukowski, Jim Carroll, John Steinbeck, and O. Henry. Her favorite artists were Jean-Michel Basquiat, Paul Gustave Dore, Jack Christeon, and Nate Harmon. Here favorite bands were Tracy Chapman, The Distillers, Bad Brains, The Gits, Motorhead, Leonard Cohen, and Hank Williams. My wife was an amazing person who loved MaKayla and myself with everything she had. She changed my life. She is no longer suffering or in pain. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Karla Selby. Her funeral will be on Saturday October 8, 2016 at Muncie Alliance Church 5601 W. Jackson Rd. Muncie at 2 pm with burial in Elm Ridge Cemetery following immediately after, with Dr. Larry Taylor and Rev. Ted Harris officiating. Instead of flowers we ask that contributions be made in her name to help cover funeral costs and medical bills.
