STEVEN GERTH MUSCATINE, Iowa - Steven Craig Gerth, 64, of Muscatine, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Iowa City. Please join Steve's family with a toast to Steve at Boonies on the Avenue, second floor banquet room, from 4 until 7 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, 2016, with an official toast and sharing of stories of Steve at 4:30 p.m. Memorials may be made in care of Georgia for Evan's Education, Bag of Blessings, or the Muscatine Art Center. Steve was born on January 24, 1952, in Muscatine, the son of Gerald Ward and Joyce Edna Elliott Gerth. He graduated from Muscatine High School, class of 1970, and the University of Northern Iowa, class of 1974. He was united in marriage to Georgia Joanne Swanson Woodburn on April 10, 1997, in Muscatine. He retired from GPC and worked as an Antiques dealer. P.
