Richard K Brunson

Richard K. Brunson, 85, Green Bay, died Sunday, October 16, 2016. He was born December 3, 1930 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to the late John and Mary (Kresmery) Brunson. On June 4, 1951, he married Lenice Williams in Eau Claire. Richard was employed as a middle school teacher in Shawano, Wisconsin and later was employed by the State of Wisconsin. He served his country in the U. S. Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lenice; two daughters, Catherine (Richard) Bartels of Marinette and Kimberly Brunson of Appleton; one grandson, Adam (Rachael) Starks; three great-grandchildren, Taylor, Carmen and Hunter; and two brothers, Carl and Harold. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Paul and a sister-in-law, Betty. Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue. A parish wake service will take place at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue from 9:30 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, October 20, at St. Edward & Isidore Catholic Church, 3667 Flintville Road, where the Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am with the Rev.
