the Mobile Division in Alabama, where he married his wife of 15 years, Stacey Dulion on May 13, 2000, before leaving the Bureau to enter private business. Late in 2000, Mr. & Mrs. McCarthy moved to Indianapolis where he entered the private sector working on an emergency telephone notification system, Reverse 911. Beginning in 2006, Kevin formed two (2) related companies to support law office operations, including the litigation process: Express Medical Records and Case Pacer. Kevin is survived by many loved ones, including his wife of 15 years, Stacey Dulion McCarthy. Kevin and Stacey have four (4) children: Ryan (deceased at birth); Kevin Bartholomew McCarthy; Mary Claire McCarthy; and, Moira Grace McCarthy. He is also survived by his parents, Kevin & Patrice Borders McCarthy of Indianapolis, a brother, The Reverend Father Charles Ryan McCarthy of Indianapolis, and three (3) sisters: Molly McCarthy Mehan (Matthew) of Silver Spring, Maryland; Bridget McCarthy Kaufman (Michael) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and, Moira Patrice McCarthy of Manhattan, New York, as well as his beloved father-in-law, David Burke Dulion, and mother-in-law, Sandy Neal Dulion and two (2) beloved sisters-in-law, Megan Dulion and Ashley Dulion Conyers (Jimmy), both of Fairhope, Alabama. Kevin also has many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces, and dear, dear, friends. Family and friends will gather on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Leppert Mortuary, Nora Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church.
