Nicholas R. Donato

Nicholas R. Donato, Age 62 of North Wales PA, died Thursday in the Abington Hospital Jefferson Health after a battle with cancer. Born in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late Nicholas J. and Jennie (nee Sutera) Donato. Nick was a fabulous musician and Guitar player, who loved animals, woodworking and building projects, gardening, travel, hunting and fishing. He was a Letter Carrier for the U. S. Postal Service, Ambler office for the past 30 years. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church in North Wales and the LRB Sons of Italy Club in Ambler. Nick was the loving husband of 35 years of Judy (nee Jacobs) Donato and loving father of Daniel A. Donato and his wife Megan of Hatboro, and Tiffany Lynn Donato of Lansdale. He is the Greypop of Giavonna Rose Donato & Grace Mulroney. Nick is the devoted brother of Anthony N. Donato and his wife Amelia of Glen Mills, Michael J. Donato and his wife Anne of North Wales, and Maria F. Gavin and her husband Keith of Oreland. He is the proud uncle of 5 nieces and nephews.
