Uldine Venell Burgon

Uldine Venell Burgon, 101, of Kirkland, WA, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. She was born March 15, 1915 in Albany, OR, the daughter of the late Burr C. and Jessie P. (Shults) Brown. Uldine was twice married; first married on July 5, 1936 to Clifford Al Burgon. He preceded her in death on January 5, 1986. At age 92, she then married Ed Leonard who also preceded her in death. Uldine was a member Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Kirkland, the Washington Pen Women, Women Painters of Washington, Grays Harbor Art League. She enjoyed life and made friends easily. Uldine is survived by two daughters, Venell Wilson (Jim) and Burgene Anderson; two step daughters, Candie Leonard and Cheri Baker; eight grandchildren, Richard Wilson (Cassie), Mark Wilson (Paula), Renee Olson (Gil), Dorine Williams (Jim), Erik Anderson (Jammie), Erin Anderson, Kristie Denger (Mason) and Darcy Anderson; fourteen great-grandchildren; fourteen step great grandchildren and a niece, Diane Lidyard (Jack).
