MADISON/NORTH FORT MYERS, FLA. - Gregory F. Imhoff, 61, of North Fort Myers, Fla., was tragically taken on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012. Greg was born in Highland, Wis., on Feb. 22, 1951, and lived many years in Madison and Rothschild, Wis. He worked as a construction superintendent for most of his life, and retired to Florida to escape the cold winters and to enjoy golf year-round. Greg maintained many friendships back in Wisconsin and was quick to make new ones in Florida. He was always available to help neighbors with household projects, from light bulbs to lanais. While in Florida, he never stopped cheering on the Badgers and Brewers. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Florence, and brother, Edwin. Greg is survived by the love of his life, Shari Telvick; daughter, Stephanie Imhoff of Madison; son, Jeffrey (Gretchen Cutler) Imhoff of St. Louis Park, Minn.; his first granddaughter due in October; former wife, JoAnn Imhoff of Sun Prairie; two brothers, Alfred (Sue) Imhoff of St. Paul, Minn., and Loren (Joan Pregler) Imhoff of Cross Plains; a sister, Karen (Don) Whitaker of Livingston; his constant companio...[more]
