Darrell is survived by his 5 children; Debbie (Cary) Smith, Cary, NC, Suzanne (Mic) Gaver, North Port, FL, Josalyn Snyder, Shalimar, FL, Darrell Jr., Boca Grande, FL and Shari (Gary) Christenson, Rotonda, FL. 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Darrell was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, who passed away in 2014. There will be a viewing on Sunday, March 29, 4:00 â€" 6:00 PM, at the Lemon Bay Funeral Home, Englewood, FL. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 30, 6:00 PM, at the First Baptist Church of Boca Grande. Burial will be private in Sarasota Memorial Park.
