Quy Van Pham

Quy Van Pham, 88, passed away in Lynnwood, Washington on January 23, 2017. He was born in Hanoi, Vietnam on April 20, 1929. Quy is preceded in death by a child, and he is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years Thuc Thi Nguyen, their 6 children, and 15 grandchildren.
