He is survived by two brothers, William of Sun Lakes, Arizona, and Frances of Danbury. Connecticut. He is also survived by his son, David J. Dennehy and daughter-in-law, Terry Anne Sullivan-Dennehy, both of Venice, Florida, grandson, David G. Dennehy, David's wife, Alix Ferrence Dennehy, great-grandson Nicholas and grandson Christopher R. Dennehy, all of Bridgeport, Connecticut and grandson Sean P. Dennehy of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by multiple nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Lemon Bay Funeral Home.
