Dorothy Sue (Winkler) Clark

CLARK Dorothy, age 91, of Fairfield passed away on January 7, 2017. She was born on May 13, 1925 in Hamilton to the late Luther and Emma Winkler. On November 6, 1944 in Covington, KY she married Arthur Clark; he preceded her in death on July 3, 2002. Dorothy is survived by her loving daughters, Linda (Jerry) Oberdorf, Pamela (Ken) Cornelius, and Jennifer (Edward) Green; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great Grandchild: numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther & Emma Winkler; husband, Art Clark Jr.; siblings, Clara Wolverton and Bud Winkler. She was a long-standing member of Park Avenue United Methodist Church. Her favorite pastime was enjoying family outings, especially holiday gathers, and going on fishing trips with her beloved husband. Visitation will be Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 10 a.m.-12p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., 45014. The funeral service will begin at 12 p.m. with Pastor Sam Harnish officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton 45011.
