school and worked in that field before returning to obtain his law degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Josh continued in the property development field and currently worked as Director of Real Estate Development for Impact Seven in Milwaukee. Josh's passion was in creatively designing land parcels to match the community and neighborhood, and bring value to those living in and around his projects. A visitation to share memories of Josh will be held from 4pm until 8pm on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 110 N. Whitney Way, Madison. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Mount Olive Lutheran Church with a visitation at 9am and a funeral service at 10am. Interment will be for family members. Josh was a dog lover and leaves behind his Brittany Spaniel, Nigel and Cocker Spaniel, Cooper. Josh was a supporter of youth hockey and volunteered as a coach for the Middleton Lynx girls hockey team and recently with the Milwaukee Admirals girls hockey program. To further support youth hockey for kids that may not be able to participate financially, those wishing to make a memorial contribution in Josh's memory may contribute to the Jingles Obrien Scholarship Fund.
